   Born in Israel, and raised in Montreal, Noa Ne’eman is a local artist, working in the commissioned and personal art space. The body of her work spans from subject matter and style to hyper-real and pure cartoon. With a DEC in Illustration & Design, and a BFA in Painting & Drawing, Noa’s work combines the technical with the emotional, creating playful and narrative works that ask to be experienced.
